This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and she was so excited to get it!
Bahama Mama
We tried putting the orbs into a tub of warm water but that just meant we were using the spa only for the orbeez refills.
Glittersurf
Basically, you put it together, play with it for a short time, and then within a few days you need to toss the orbs.

first off i read all the reviews for this toy, i figured i was going to have trouble based on the reviews but my little girl really wanted it so i was willing to try it, i opend the box put this thing togther grew our orbies poured them in and it worked perfect without a sing problem, from what i read in reviews and what i put together i know excactly what everyone that has bought this is doing wrong, when you slide the big motor onto the tub there is a notch that it has to slide onto or it isnt aligned correcly this is why the motor binds and makes it hard to get the orbies to the top, the second thing is everyone complains about knocking the trays off when your little one puts his/hers feet in there is no way you can put your feet in this thing with the trays in place i believe the maker thought of this since the picture on the box where it shows the feet in the tub the trays are not in place.anyway i feal all these bad reviews are from mistakes being made from people purchasing it

I purchased this for my 6 year old niece and it was a great toy that we could do together. She loved seeing the Orbeez balls grow and the texture was unlike any other toy. As an aunt I scored!

This toy delivers! It looked good on TV, but you can't really understand the sensation of this toy until you dip your hands into Orbeez. What an excellent idea to put your feet into these amazing little things. Love it. We're already buying refills after a week of obsession.

We bought the Orbeez Spa for our 7-year-old daughter's birthday, and our 10-year-old daughter uses it, too.

The critical piece that separates the balls from the wheel doesn't fit properly. Many other parts falls off too easily. It's not "broken;" it's just poorly designed. I thought it would be a less messy way for school-aged daughters to have a foot spa, but it's quite messy; water spills everywhere but a towel can handle it. I found little wet beads all over the room for awhile. They don't stain or hurt anything, but it was annoying. I like that the beads can be recycled by using them in the bottom of potted plant containers to promote moisture retention. I don't like having to replace them with new beads after each use. It comes with a lot of replacement beads. To be honest, the beads add unnecessary complexity to the foot spa process. The beads cannot go down the sink. I recommend skipping this product and just getting a nice foot pan with warm water than can be easily poured down the sink when done.

We gave one star for educational value because of the consumer spending lesson that got learned by the kids when writing this review with me.

We gave it three stars overall because it is fun once it's set up and working, and we will use it until it breaks or we run out of beads, whichever happens first. I do not plan to buy replacement beads. I feel bad that it will end up in the landfill.

I got the Orbezz Soothing Spa as a present and i love it!! It feels wonderful and my friends and i use it all the time. I like adding hot water to it instead of just cold during this time of year. You can reuse them by putting them in the sun for a few days to shrink or during the winter, in front of a dehumidifier. i would suggest putting in all of the Orbezz instead of just 3 packets to get the best result but its relaxing and fun either way.

This is a super cool and different type of toy. My kids wanted this soooo badly after watching it on tv. They enjoyed every minute of letting the little, bouncy balls glide through their little toes. It was a fun activity for all.

This is a very cheap plastic toy with precariously balanced "manicure" bins that serve no real purpose. The intention is to use as a foot spa? Oh yeah, sign me up for a cold foot spa in slithery beads! I have no idea why or how you would use these in conjunction with any kind of manicure or pedicure. It would be akin to putting your hands in beans that you soaked overnight and then stuck them in the cold, wet beans in the morning. FUN!

My 5 and 8 year old girls were SO excited about the Orbeez, that is all they asked for from Santa at Christmas. I really wish Santa would've just said NO.

I am really questioning the legitimacy of the positive reviews of this product here... I noticed a few had reviewed ONLY Orbeez products. I wish Amazon had some kind of a filtering system like Yelp does so you don't have to always do your own detective work to uncover if reviews are legit.

This thing is going in the landfill. The thought of this huge stupid bin with it's broken-ish plastic parts sitting in my closet forever, along with the Easy Bake Oven? Nah... save your money and take your daughter to get a real mani/pedi if they're into that sort of thing!
