I concur with another reviewer: This is the BEST ever. The mist, to use but one example, is actually a mist--perfect for my tiny rootings and seeds. Even though it's plastic, it feels substantial in the hand. At this price, too, how can I go wrong even if it only lasts a few seasons?

I'm a pretty serious amateur gardener and I just replaced this sprayer. It worked with frequent use for about a year, then over the winter, all the metal parts seized the trigger broke when I tried to use it this spring. On the positive side, it is comfortable to use and the selection of different spray types is great. If, however, you want something that will last, I wouldn't recommend this product.

This nozzle really fits the bill with good spray patterns that work well, good water pressure and good ease of use. Because it's plastic, I'll have to take it in for the winter lest it leak next season, but so far it doesn't leak at all. Each of the patterns is distinct in its function and useful and something about the design allows great water pressure where you need it even if you have a well and lower pressure overall, as I do.

The gentle shower pattern, a favorite for me, works really nicely with a nice overall spray and decent enough pressure to water the back of my 8' deep garden as effectively as the front. The jet is great. The pattern ring doesn't turn quite as easily as my Toro nozzle, nor is the trigger quite as easy to squeeze, but both are quite doable even with arthritis in my hands and the lock is easy to flip into place so you don't have to squeeze the trigger for long periods. The patterns are so much more effective than the more expensive red and silver Toro, I'm definitely replacing others with this one when needed. I'll leave the Toro on in the winter, because if it cracks and leaks, I won't really care. This is a great nozzle that meets a lot of needs from vegetable gardens to potted plants.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Ease of use, great variety of settings, and my kids and I love the Mist setting to cool ourselves off. It completely suits all of my garden watering needs.

I got this in conjunction with a new platinum hose that is silver on amazon. Make sure you check that out also because it's amazing. I hooked this up with my new hose, and I found not one little speck of water running from it when it was attached. I was so shocked because I have never used a hose sprayer where it didn't leak at least a little. After my jaw dropped 10 inches I used this to water the ant seeds I just surrounded the house with. I used the shower setting and it is awesome for watering plants and the ground. I've tried all the other settings and they were very cool, too. Definately get this for the price it is listed at!

I like this nozzle because it has a setting for every type of water flow that serious gardeners need. I particularly like the mist setting, as it's perfect for "greenhousing." So far, this nozzle has held up well, and there haven't been any leaks or water flowing down the side. I recommend this inexpensive nozzle to anyone who has a green thumb, or for those who could derive benefit from other household uses. You can't go wrong with this nozzle.

I used this in my laundry room for a year or two, when the head came away from the handle. Very poorly manufactured.

Bought it in May of 2010. Did not use it from November to April. That gave it a life span of 7 months before it became uusable. Spend a few dollars more for a one more sturdy.

This was great while it worked, but broke within a month of purchase. I'll stick to metal for the next one.

When I first used the nozzle I was very impressed. Good quality, nice variety of spray patterns, and easy on the hands. However later in the day I noticed that the metal clip which holds the spray nozzle on for constant pressure had fallen off. I was unable to locate the metal clip and now my nozzle does not have the constant spray feature which I would like to use. This is common for since these things down last forever, however I didn't expect for it to break off during the first day of usage. I have a picture if anyone would like to see but Amazon won't allow pics to be upload (only videos - fail).
