my gutters are 15ft high & 5ft from the fence. I clamped the wand to a
telescoping roller painting pole and was able to clean the gutters while
standing on the ground. I could not see the inside of the gutters as I
was working but did several passes and this got the job done. I had a
ladder on the end to go up & check progress. For me the biggest advantage
was working from the ground and not risking a fall while working on the
ladder or roof.

This gutter cleaner is fine on small particles.

In my case, it wasn't powerful enough to move along any of the clumps of leaves that had accumulated in the gutter and if you go by the directions the water comes showering down on you. Turning the nozzle to the left or right worked better and I stayed more dry.

Overall, it's decent if you have a small bits and pieces, but I still had to climb onto the roof and clean the gutters out by hand.

Look for this item at our yard sale this summer! LOL!

I tried this product and it worked great. It could have been a little longer, but still has a reach that will make most eaves and gutters. It is well constructed and is easy to use. The shutoff valve on the bottom is a nice feature. It also has good hand grips which come in handy, considering you get a little wet at times standing under the eaves. All-in-all, I am very happy with this gutter cleaner wand.

This item will clean your gutters, but using water is a very messy way to clean gutters. I would rather get on a ladder than to get wet from wet leaves and overspray. I took this back. Gutter cleaning attachments that hook to your leaf blower work, MUCH, MUCH, MUCH better. Dry leaves blow out much, much better than wet ones and you don't get wet in the process.

The item doesn't seem to be able to handle large accumulations in the gutters or the entrance to the downspout. AND it doesn't seem possible to use the product without getting soaked. I still have to climb up and clean out the gutters & downspouts by hand.

cleaner works well. opens gutters quickly. major problem.spray head is cast metal which breaks easily-and is not availble for sale as a separate item. who wants to spend 24.95 every time the head breaks.

My gutter is a little higher up than most, so I duct taped an additional pole to it so it would reach. This worked OK. You WILL get wet so do it on a warm day and dress accordingly. Also, a couple of times the U head came unscrewed and flew off just from the water pressure. I can see it happening and the head landing on the roof and I would be out of luck because I hate ladder (the reason I got it). After about 2 hours, I got my gutter cleaned out enough so that that the next big rain, I saw it running out of the spouts like never before.

The Gutter Wand works better on television than it does at home. It can take several tries to get through heavy dirt build up, leaves, and other plant material. It does do the job it says it will do. It cost more to ship than it did to buy, which is another black mark as far as I am concerned. Over all I am glad I have it and will use it.

We bought this from Kotula's in late November. We could not get the telescoping section to open and had to return the product. We were not happy with having to pay the shipping costs to return it and our refund did not arrive until mid-February.

The idea is great. Being able to push the leaves down the down spout without getting on ladder. The problem is we got completely wet. We still needed to get up on the ladder to get everything. Still had to pull out leaves from the downspout, the water from the wand would not wash them down and seemed to make them more stuck than helping.
