I've had these for 6 months and they are still going strong!!
I'm a very happy customer.

I bought these batteries because they had very good reviews.

I was very curious about how they compared to the Ultrafire Li-ion 18650 3000mah Battery

Well I have dual Olight 325 Lumen Flashlights on the front of my bike and I put 1 of each type of
battery in my Headlight and ran them simultaneously to see what the result would be.

At around 3 1/2 hours I came back and both were running but the Ultrafire Flashlight was cool and hardly
creating any light than at about 4 hours it kicked out.

The Soshine Battery at 3 1/2 hours was kicking out a super bright beam and than continued that beam until
it Kicked out at around 4 Hours and 20 minutes. So it not only lasted 5% longer but it also left the Ultrafire in
the dust when it came to performance.

So even though the Ultrafire is rated higher with 3,000mah it actually is inferior to the Soshine 2800mah in real world performance by at least 30% (Estimated).

very very happy over these bateries, came with full charge and very impressed with run time. BUY them they have a high 2800mAh. Beware of others at a larger mAh and will be too large they will not fit in some lights.

I use this battery in my Provari Ecig, and it works wonderfully. The only non AW battery that I've purchased that works in my Provari. It has since been re-branded as Orbtronic and I see its not available anymore.

I bought 4 ultra fire 3.7 volt batteries 4pcs Ultrafire 18650 4000 mAh 3.7V Li-ion Rechargeable Battery + 1pcs charger and these Orbtronic batteries so you don't have to.

The short answer is to go ahead and buy the Orbtronic batteries and save yourself some grief.

I understand the difficulty of paying this much for just batteries. It's 100% the reason I bought the ultra fire in the first place. Many times you can get away with buying a cheap chinese item. My use is just for flashlights in a non emergency (I hope) situation and non work purposes in other words to play around with. I was so disapponted in the untrafire batteries I immediately bought these to use on my trip to Hawaii. The more research I did on the ultrafire batteries the more concerned I got about even using them. In all honesty I plan on using them but I plan to never charge them unattended. (Fire hazard) The bad news I found out right away is that fully charged the batteries set off their OWN overload protection. I did not find one with a flaw, ALL FOUR had the same problem. At first I thought it was the flash light getting overloaded, but a quick look online and this appears to be a common problem with the chinese batteries. Their work around was to discharge the batteries using the low setting (If you don't have one then you are pretty much hosed)and after they are run down a bit they will work normally. I tried that and in fact it does work. I have to ask you this, if you have to do this every time then what good is it to have a high setting and what if you REALLY need it to be as bright as possible??

Never before have I had batteries arrive with a GREATER capacity than they were labeled with. Nearly every single other 18650 battery I've bought had closer to half of its labeled capacity but these actually had more! I will be buying Orbtronic cells exclusively from here on out. Bought four of the "2900mAh" batteries and they all accepted at least 2950mAh on their first recharging - AMAZING! I am a cave explorer who trusts his life to his batteries and needed protected cells with a large capacity capable of providing a lots of current but I did not have much money to spend. I couldn't be happier! Eleven stars out of five, seriously.

I purchased this product with the Orbotronic charger about 6 months ago. I am surprized by how long the batteries hold a charge with my TK21, and how long the spares hold a charge. My test case took less than 5 minutes to charge and had not been used for 3 months.
High quality and working great.

After I heard and read stories about the UltraFire batteries (Protected ones) exploded while usage inside a flashlight, it scared the heck out of me. The UltraFrie are made in China. It seems like now-a-day everything coming out of China either are dangerous or health hazardous. I don't think I'll be buying anything that is "Made in China" anymore, only if I really need them and must have and to be very cautious with them also. And I think these are one of the reasons why you can get them so cheap on ebay, about 10 for 31 bucks includes shipping (the 3000mAh Protected). But if you want to take the risk...I wouldn't recommend it. Now I'm thinking about getting rid of all my UltraFire batteries after reading forums and on the internet (just google UltraFire battery exploded). But for these SoShine made in USA, I feel so much safer and at ease when using them without worries. Beside that, these batteries are outstanding! They last such a long time. The power output is great! I would definitely buy more of these even though they are more expensive and I believe they are much safer! I do highly recommend them! The best battery I know of.
