5.0 out of 5 stars Foundational reference for Sales & Operations Planning, June 6, 2008
This review is from: Orchestrating Success: Improve Control of the Business with Sales & Operations Planning (Hardcover)
This book was the first reference text for me for Sales & Operations Planning and remains my favorite to this day. Dick Ling and Walt Goddard are well respected practitioners whom many recognize as top subject matter experts on this subject. While I have added additional S&OP text references over the years as I focus on continuous improvement of S&OP in my company, this book is still my cornerstone on the subject.
