Our dramatic Orchids and Hummingbirds notecard portfolio contains six cards each of two paintings by the American painter Martin Johnson Heade: Cattleya Orchid and Three Brazilian Hummingbirds, an 1871 oil on wood from the National Gallery of Art, Washington, and Cattleya Orchid with Two Hummingbirds, an oil on canvas painting from the 1830s now in the Newark Museum. Twelve envelopes, too.
