Orc's Opal is the 4th in a series. It is well written, keeps you turning pages. Has the same characters, plus some as Dragon's Gold, Serpent's Silver and Chimeras Copper.

The element of magic is much stronger in this story than in the previous ones. The conflict grows, literally, to gigantic heights and the fated final battle lines are drawn. Who will control the frame worlds? Who is Mouvar? What part will the Orc's magic Opal play in the endgame? Read on to find out in Orc's Opal and the last book of the "Dragon's Gold" series, Mouvar's Magic.
I enjoyed this book more than Chimeras Copper, mainly because there are new characters and fresh takes on the older ones. The main characters of these stories age and change in many ways, dealing with desires and struggles beyond those of their younger lives which adds a lot of depth to the story in my opinion. I recommend this book. |
