5.0 out of 5 stars Metalheads Unite!, August 12, 2003

This review is from: Order of the Illuminati (Audio CD)
If you don't like this CD you are not a metalhead, never will be, and doomed to live your life as a poser.

This CD is the purest metal that I've heard in a long time. All I can say is buy it, and prepare to be blown away. If your an old Agent Steel fan, as I am, you will be amazed. If your new, again, you'll be amazed.

Some standouts are 'ten fists of nations', 'enslaved', 'apocalypse', and 'forever black'

Agent steel RULES!

my god!!!!!!! i havent heard an album like this in a while. a lot of bands today really claim to be "old school" whether its thrash or death or just plain trad. metal but never really hit the mark. agent steel, being old school themselves, not only hit the bullseye they blew it up! i dont think i have heard guitar soloing like this in quite a long time! totally professional and pure metal mayhem. buy or die!!!!!

This is it. This is the future of Heavy Metal. Agent Steel has now become one of the major contenders in Heavy Metal today, and with "Orders Of The Illuminati" there is no denying their staying power. Incredible!!!

I love this CD, it's a wonderful mixture of old-school Metal, and old school Thrash. Bands like Forbidden, and Iron Maiden quickly come to mind when listening to this masterpiece. It's incredible, and should be considered one of the best Metal releases in 2003. I'm very happy I took a chance on this band. They opened my ears, and brought me back to the great days of Metal when it ruled the music scene....

Don't hesitate on purchacing this. It's old school through and through. It's one of the best purchaces I've made in a long time.

UP THE IRONS!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars The Perfect Thrash Album, May 9, 2010

This album absolutely shreds from start to finish. Melodic thrash. Very talented group. Agree with other reviewers, the best at what they do. I heard Enslaved and Avenger and had to get it. This cd is my #1 favorite hands down. Refined old school thrash, these guys nailed it and then some. Kinda like the athlete that has an MVP year, well this one is theirs. The Omega Conspiracy album would be their runner up to the MVP. Very heavy, fast and melodic. I can't say enough about this album in addition to the other reviewers. Mid-high tone singer, Geoff Tate like. I doesn't get any better than this. Well above the thrash standard.

5.0 out of 5 stars See above, plus what's below...., August 6, 2003

If you don't like this album, you are NOT a metalhead, never will be, and doomed to live your life as a F#$% poser.

This is the truest metal album I've heared in a very long time. Agent Steel's last album was cool, but, in comparison to this album, it's second rate. 'forever black' is simply a f#$#'ing amazing tune, can we say CLASSIC? Track 4 'enslaved' is another standout, the intro is also classic Agent Steel along with Bruce Hall on vocals, dare I say better than the original? I DARE! 'ten fists of nations' is very good as well...hell, just buy it a ROCK!

AGENT STEEL RULES!

5.0 out of 5 stars Thrash still lives, July 24, 2003

Agent Steel's new one continues where the last one left off.
Thrashy, heavy, speedy riffing with killer song writing. The
songs actually seem more memorable and catchy than Omega...
The production is also very good. Most metal heads will not
be disappointed with this one unless you are still living
in the 80's. I love old Agent Steel, but if you are a true
metal maniac you will dig this new one from AS.
