This tape contains both scenes of two sex therapists/researchers talking with couples about their sexual past and present experiences and the actual couples engaging in sexual activity. It was a great addition to our video library and even provided for some "heated" viewing of our own. I highly recommend this and the other volumes of the series.

Buyer beware, "Better Sex video:Discovering extraordinary sex", and, "Ordinary Couples, Extraordinary Sex: Volume 1 Discovering Extraordinary Sex" is basically the same video. One is the 1994 unedited version which is more detailed, and the other is the 2000 edition which has some of the detail edited out. Without knowing this, I ordered both video's from different sellers, and both videos came in the incorrect box covers(no, I did not inadvertently switch the boxes). I recommend the 1994 version over the 2000 edition, but make sure that it is packaged properly, and that you actually get the 1994 version.

After watching this I have had the best sex of my life. My girlfriend and I had sex all night when we watched this video!

I really like this video I love trying new things with sex it makes, our sex lives much more exciting then the plain ol' regular way!

Seeing this video I really aroused & did sex with my wife whole night. Both of really enjoyed the night. Both reached their orgasm state.

If you are under 50 yrs. old this video is not for you! While expecting an instructional video to spice up our sex, we got a video that put both me and my fiance to sleep. We haven't even finished watching the video it was so boring! To much talk, not enough action.
