LOUSY SERVICE, September 8, 2005

MY PRODUCT WAS SENT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. WHEN I NOTICED I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE BOOK I CONTACTED VENDOR. THEY APOLOGIZED THAT THEY HAD NO MORE INVENTORY OF THAT SPECIFIC BOOK. THEY DID GIVE ME A CREDIT IMMEDIATELY. , I DID NOT LIKE WASTING MY TIME.TO THIS DAY I STILL HAVE NOT BOUGHT THE BOOK THAT I ORIGINALY WANTED.I EXPECT FROM AMAZON, THAT IF I TRY TO PURCHASE FROM THEM THAT I WILL GET THE PRODUCT.
