I happen to LOVE Rachel Lee's books. I have read most of them (most that are offered on the kindle, I was hoping all of them would be!!!) She has a way of making me not want to put down the book until I just know what is going to happen.
This book is that good.
With the interesting neighbor, the twists and turns this book makes is amazing. I love her characters and always look forward to where the book is going to go. With this book it made me think, do I believe in that, could it really happen.....Great story!
I will wait patiently....well....until she puts out another book.
If you like romance, a strong woman, and a hunky neighbor, this is the book for you!

Rachel Lee is a wonderful writer and story teller. Her subjects seem like you can see them doing the things she writes in front of you as if you are watching TV. I keep these as one of my favorites. Thanks!

This is the first book I have read by Rachel Lee and definitely enjoyed it. She does a great job with her Native American hero and explanations of cultureal beliefs.

I have read books about the previous generation of characters in Conard County. It was great to revisit them - although the focus was on the "Next Generation", there was some about the "original" characters to be interesting. This book was well-written & hard to put down. Very enjoyable & will look forward to reading additional books with Conard County characters.

More About the Author

Writing found me, not the other way around. In third grade a teacher asked me to help write a play for the class to put on for a school assembly. The bug bit firmly and permanently.

Among my favorite things is having coffee with a friend, cooking Korean food, and trying to figure out my two cats.

Among the high points of my travels were visiting Mayan pyramids, Roman forts, Gothic churches and the Eiffel Tower. I even got to stand where Charlemagne once held court. Oh, and I walked the Freedom Trail in Boston.

There's still a lot more I want to see.
