I bought 2 of these lamps for bed side use. They are perfect for that. They give off enough light to read by; and don't take up much room on the night stand. I had
one lamp arrive with the shade bashed in; and it was immediately replaced.

This is a very nice lamp, I'm using it in my bedroom. But I confess that I didn't check the size and it was a little smaller than I expected. Nevertheless, it works fine!

My wife needed a little bedside lamp. This is a little bedside lamp. Pretty much no frills here, a simple switch located on the neck near the bulb, a blocky but sturdy appearing base, and a dark shade. It does its job, and she is pleased with it. It looks a little "hotel like" for me, but it does the job.
