These lamps are nice enough for a kids room, but don't be fooled as I was. I found similar lamps in a very well known department store for $10 - $15 less. Usually, I check such things first but admittedly I screwed up on this one. Be extra careful trying to remove the plastic from the shade as it puts dents in the shade and you can't "pop" them out.

very cute lamp, but was cheezier then I had expected. The lampshade is chintsy and the red markings on the ball don't look right. Looks good from far away.

The lamp is smaller than I had hoped. I also thought the shade was too low, but it serves its overall purpose in my son's baseball themed room. We don't turn on the lamp often; it's mostly for aesthetics.

I bought this for my son's room. He adores it. It was a great buy and works well. It sits a little low on the dresser, but it's cute and does it's job of lighting the room.

I got this lamp for my 3 yr old son for Christmas and he LOVES it! He uses it as a night light at night and it seems to be very durable so far!

These lamps are small and the lamp shade is flemsy. The bulb makes the medal super hot and it's hard to get your hand underneath the shade to turn the switch off and on. I have normal size hands so it's not that my hands are too big. This lamp is just too compact.

We use this lamp to read bedtime stories, so it's great for its purpose. It's smaller than I expected, and the lampshade is a little large, making it difficult to see the soccer ball underneath. Good buy.

This item goes with my son's sport themed bedroom perfectly. I wish the shade had some decorations on it but we just added some little baseball felt decals to it and it looks nice.

Bought this lamp as a present for my son's room. I didn't expect it to light the whole room but its great for a soccer themed room. Looks like the classic soccer ball!

Cute, small lamp... It's a little lighter than I had been hoping for... I was really looking for a bottom heavy, tip proof lamp... but it's adorable, and my sons love it.
