This is a well built and easy to use chain grinder. Once you have the chain specs figured out and the grinder setup, it is a breeze to sharpen the chain. The assembly instructions certanly can use some help as the description of the parts are on one page and pictures to assemble the unit are in a different part of the manual. It's pretty easy to assemble however and works very well. The motor is very quiet, no vibrations at all. Can sharpen a chain in 2 or 3 minutes now and know that each cutter is cut the same way.

I received the idem quickly. It was a Christmas present for my boss. The outside of the box came damaged. Inside the box, the blades that came with it, all were broken into pieces. I called to have just the blades replaces, but they would not replace just the blades. I didn't want to have to return the whole chain saw grinder (18lbs), all I wanted replaced were the blades. That would have been more easier, but that request was refused. I had to go out and purchase more blades locally.
