Yes it works
My 20 Year old John Deere 14SB needed replacement and this wheel was very easy to install and works as good as the original but with tread for grab.

Does not fit JS60 Push Mower
From the description it would appear to be the right wheel but the spindle size is wrong. Had to return and go to the JD dealer.

I purchased these wheels to go on a John Deere 14PT walk behind and you cannot tell them from the original wheel. Great savings over JD part and they fit and look great. These are a winner! Don't forget to order the hub covers.

I have not installed the wheels yet, but they arrived earlier than I expected and are exactly what I was expecting.

Bought 4 for my JD 14SB. The rear wheels have a cover on the inside of the wheel to help keep grass out of the self propelled gears. The cover does not fit flush on three of the four of the wheels I received. In the past I've purchased directly from JD for $25 each and those fit well. The poor cover fit doesn't appear to impact the initial functionally. For the price diff. I'll put up with the less than perfect cover fit.
