grinder
oregon lives up to their reputation. good product anyone that sharpens their own blades should have one.

disappointed
the blade sharpener motor over heats and shuts down after only four minutes of use. Its hard to sharpen gator blades,they don't lay flat on the table.It is easier to sharpen blades on a grinder.

The blade sharpener only sharpens up to 4 inches of blade; mulching blades require up to 8 inches to sharpen. The blade must be perfectly flat to sharpen. Setting angles for blades is a huge pain. I would prefer to return this item, but I no longer have the box.

I have a small lawn care company with 3 mowers. I've tried using this several times to sharpen my blades. The motor is always stalling out and it does not have much power. Also it will only sharpen about 6" of the blade so the other 4" goes unsharpened. I am not impressed with this product at all! It is going back.

I purchased this item after pricing it around. Norther tool was a bit more expensive. Same model number. It was a little difficult to set up the angle on the table for my blades. Once this was completed, I just leave it set and sharpen my mower blades. Very nice quick job. I own a small lawn service. I change blades on the mowers weekly. This has really been one of my better purchases.
