The berries arrived frozen and were good. However once you factor in the high shipping cost they are quite expensive.

I purchased the product through Amazon.com site and received an achnowledgement with shipping time and total cost. The next day I received a notice that it would not be shipped because the shipping was not a correct shipping method. I had no choice of method. BAD policy!
