This is book is the perfect companion for those who are either taking real estate courses (such as myself) or for those who just need a little bit of a reminder (such as my mother). The layout is designed to go from basic real estate principals and gradually becomes more specific to Oregon. The practice tests have been extremely helpful in preparing for the actual test. Overall, if you are just learning real estate or have been in real estate for 20 years I would HIGHLY recommend Oregon Real Estate both as a textbook, and as a reference guide.
