3.0 out of 5 stars A Huge Flaw, October 14, 2009

This review is from: Oregon Scientific Barbie Thumbelina Junior Laptop (Toy)
Bought this as a birthday gift for my four year old daughter. The games are entertaining and educational to a point, but the keyboard is arranged in alphabetical order and is not a QWERTY keyboard. This makes it easy for her to find the letters, but I think it's a huge design flaw. When she tries to use my laptop for games, now she gets very frustrated because the letters aren't in the same place. I really regret this purchase because now she has to unlearn this keyboard before she can learn a QWERTY keyboard. My 3 year son has a VTech with a proper keyboard and a mouse, and it's far superior. Spend the extra money and get a VTech. I wish I had.
