It looks really really cheap.

Basically the entire screen is a drawing, just the little pop-up window looking area is the actual screen with games.

He loves it, thinks that it is like Mommy's computer.

My 5 year old got this as a gift and was very disappointed. Basically the entire screen is a drawing, just the little pop-up window looking area is the actual screen with games. Although the games themselves do have educational value, the laptop look of it confuses any child who has ever been in front of a real computer or electronic device. My son keeps asking why the time or weather won't change on the screen. He keeps wanting to press the little x to close a window. Having the same games on a small handheld device would have made much more sense than this.

From the description I expected a laptop like item. This is more like a cheap hand held video game. It has a hard to see screen. Definitely not worth the money!

Great alternative to a real computer or iPad for my two year old. He loves it, thinks that it is like Mommy's computer. Hasn't quite figured out the educational games yet, but nice to know that they are there when he gets a little older.
