Although I've never enjoyed honey in the past, albeit I've only ever had the store bought brands, I was looking for a raw organic honey for the health benefits. After researching different brands, I came across the Y.S Organic. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that I really enjoy the taste of this honey. It does arrive in a solid state, but after warming the jar in hot water as suggested, it melted to an enjoyable, creamy consistency. One of the reasons I decided to try honey for the benefits was to ease a sore throat caused by the amount of talking that's required of me for work. I have to say that a tablespoon of honey in the morning has really helped! I even find myself craving the honey, it is very tasty. I'm extremely satisfied and will continue my honey therapy regularly!

I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE IN THE TASTE OF THIS HONEY AND
OTHERS I HAVE PURCHASED LOCALLY. IT IS TERRIFIC IN TEA AND EVEN MELTED INTO HOT CEREAL.
YOU ONLY NEED A SMALL AMOUNT. THEY HAVE A RETURN CUSTOMER IN ME

The best!! One tablespoon of Organic Bee Honey and one tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter starts my day with sufficient protein and nutrients to tide me over for breakfast. Soooo good!.

We adore this product. It is smooth, it is comforting to the throat (in tea), and it is easy to use, since it is spooned right out of the jar. Tastes great, too.

This is the second batch and the outside had just begun to crystallize, but except for the outer most layer, it was milk and creamy, the best brand so far (besides our local honey) I ordered the 1 lb before and there were NO signs of crystallizing. never had any ferment by this brand so far..

Tasted Great. It was a bit of a trick to get this honey to the exact consistency I wanted. When I received it the honey was rock solid so I called the company who told me to put it in warm water to soften it up a bit. Well I did as they suggested but I wasn't watching it carefully so by the time I took it out of the warm water it was more like liquid honey instead of paste consistency which is what I was aiming at. After a few times playing around with it I finally got it to the consistency I wanted it to be and it did stay at that consistency with no problems whatsoever.

Great product. One thing I learned is if it is raw it can always be crystalized into a paste unless the honey comes from the orange blossom which doesn't crystalize but with that as the only exception if it says raw it either comes hard, as a paste or can be manipulated so it will be a full liquid or pasty consistency and once you reach the sweet spot as long as you don't tamper with it anymore and leave it on the shelf in room temperature you will not find that honey transforming consistencies any further. Once I figured this hard lesson out I was good to go.

I definitely recommend this product to all my friends who enjoy using honey as a paste instead of a syrup liquid. If you don't like your honey crystalizing than this honey is not for you, however if you like your honey in a spreadable paste form than this would certainly be for you as you will not be disappointed, mmmmmmmmmmmmm gooooooooooooooood.

I received my one pound jar of this honey a few days ago and I love it so much that it's almost gone. I would probably set up a subscription if there was an option but I guess I'll just order a bigger jar of it. I actually have really bad pollen allergies so I was concerned that I would have a reaction like others have but I haven't noticed any. At first I wasn't sure about the texture but it's velvety and melts in your mouth as you eat it and I'm currently obsessed with making honey butter and putting it on toasted pumpkin bread. :)

Use in my baking, and frosting for my cinnamon rolls, my lactation cookies, my hair for deep conditioning, and my face to treat acne. (day 4 and irritation is calming down and pores are getting smaller) Its all around good uses, My son got a nasty big bite that looked like it was getting infected and IK put some honey on it with put a bandage and its starting to heal. LOVE THIS STUFF. I'm not even half way done and I use ALLOT of it in almost EVERYTHING.
