Ysanne Spevack founded www.OrganicFoodee.com in 1999, a leading organic food blog. A British writer living in Los Angeles, she has had books published in the UK and the USA about organic and real food, including Organic Cookbook, Organic Kitchen and Garden, The Real Taste of Japan, and Fresh & Wild Cookbook: A Real Food Adventure, which was commissioned by Whole Foods and published by HarperCollins.
As an organic food, garden and lifestyle specialist, she has been published and broadcasted by the Los Angeles Times Food Section, Reuters, Rodale, and the BBC.
Ysanne is currently writing a new book about American food and looking after the 2 acre organic edible garden at The Ranch at Live Oak in Malibu, CA. She creates delicious organic dinner parties, and loves to serve dairy-free, sugar-free, raw, and wheat-free desserts that everyone can enjoy.
