Was excited to get the cookbook, but wow... those recipes really aren't what I expected. So many ingredients and some hard to find. Seems like it's too much work for a working mom. Recipes look awesome and I wish I had the skill and time to make them! This book just overwhelmed me a bit looking at the ingredients lists. I guess I should have realized what to expect when it said "gourmet cooking".
