They'd be great if you could open them,

Here's the thing - the tampons themselves work just fine. The problem is the difficulty in opening the individual tampons. The little pully thing on the wrapper is often sealed down and I've had to resort to using scissors to open them on a few occasions, which is a problem, you know, if you're not at home.
