I found that if you scoop freeze-dried Acai into a dry drink container adding about 2 tablespoons of hot water. It will dissolve immediately as you stir and it will become smooth. Then add your cold drinking water or favorite beverage on top of it and stir. You will have a much more pleasant experience taking Acai Berry.

After using the product for 3 days, I noticed an increased energy level and my quality of sleep improved. I no longer felt sluggish when I awakened. After using the product for 8 days, I noticed my complexion got clearer. After using the product for about 2 weeks, I noticed I lost about 7 lbs while maintaining my same eating habits. And my most obvious benefit, after about 3 weeks, I noticed my eyesight had improved to the extent I no longer need to wear my glasses, which was for long distance vision for 37 years (I am near-sighted). This is the result of taking only Acai Power Scoop, which is 100% Acai berry with no additives. It seems nothing else is needed in the formulation to realize the benefits of the berry.

I recommend not taking the Acai berry if it is close to when you retire for the day, because it could cause restlessness from increased energy instead of bringing restful sleep. Take it upon awakening and then mid-day if you want to take it twice a day.

I am confident others will see some benefit from the berry as I have.

I was not really impressed by the results of the powder. I did not get an energy boost or loose weight. I suspect if someone has a poor diet that they may see results more than someone with a good diet. With all the talk about Acai these days it just seems its just the latest fad.

It tastes yucky so make sure you put in a blender or something. Smoothies will mask the taste.

the product was supposed to be organic which is great. I was not pleased on the taste, I thought it tasted, stale.

I didn't like the texture of this but my kids ate it all! Go figure. I am happy to see them top their ice cream (yep) with something healthy but I won't buy more.

I love the Acai since I got to knew it when I went to Brazil my first time 4 year ago, after knowing the nutritional it has now I understand how good the acai freeze dry powder from Universal Taste is the top quality - I just love it.. it makes me feel great.

I am using one scoop of this berry powder in my smoothies now. It adds a nice taste and color. I also add frozen blueberries along with my protein powder, etc. It must be super for anti-oxidants, so I don't think you could go wrong with this product.
