Product Description
An award winning extra virgin olive oil from Chile, south America. All natural and certified organic. With yellow green shades, typical of a fruity olive oil, a balanced, elegant bitter tone that leaves a very pleasant, mildly hot, aftertaste. Olave is the result of the harmonious blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Arbequina and Coratina varieties of olives, all picked at the proper moment to insure full flavor. A wonderful oil for any dish!

Fantastic! Tastes like fresh garlic!,

Highly recommended! Fresh garlic taste ... not the usual roasted garlic taste. Very fresh tasting. I have tried a few other garlic olive oils and this one is in a class by itself. The fresh garlic works really well with the delicious extra virgin Chilean olive oil.
