Product Description

Paul has worked for two years to import the super-sweet organic peeled tomatoes from artisan Paolo Petrilli's estate. Grown and picked by hand in Puglia in the sleepy agrarian center of San Severo, where more tractors roam than cars, Petrilli's tomatoes have made it to the finest restaurants in Italy and Europe, including London's vaunted River Cafe. Nothing embodies the simple summer fare of Italy like fresh pasta tossed with ripe, peeled San Marzano tomatoes.
