Wonderful product! Just put it in a jar for use. The scent is beyond belief! It is pure ground vanilla bean. Adds sweetness with hardly any calories. It is an ultimate luxury product. Use as you would liquid vanilla. The only drawback is that it does not disolve in most liquids. You can put some in a jar with Vodka or Burbon and allow to stand for a couple weeks, then strain...best vanilla ever! I find that the powder is very strong so use a small amount and taste first before adding more. I find that a teaspoon is usually far too much.This product is not cut with anything so it is pure and wonderful ...and most reasonably priced. Any questions?...Email the company. Everything I've made with this vanilla tastes so much better than with extract. I usually use up to half the amount of this in place of extract (calls for 1 tsp extract, I use <1/2 tsp powder). At first I thought it was super expensive, but it lasts so much longer than 4oz extract would. Which actually makes it cheaper. Highly recommend this!
Update (Jan 02, 2011) I purchased this vanilla in early July, and I just used the last bit yesterday, and I'm a bakeaholic that bakes several times a month!

I LOVE this powder!!! I'm crazy about vanilla and I use this in all my nut milks, my smoothies, and anything else I can think of to use it for. It smells heavenly and tastes even better! Highly recommend using this powder if you're a vanilla lover!
