Thanks Amazon! And thanks to Organic Valley for a LOW FAT shelf stable milk that tastes great! I always have these handy packs around, and this is the only brand I know of with a low fat option. I started using Parmalat in Europe, but when the company filed for bankruptcy in '04 it became almost impossible to find in the USA....and no one filled the need for UHT milk. Who stepped up to the plate? The Organic milk companies! This size is just enough for a day's worth of coffee drinkers.

It tastes good and rich. This is my first aseptic milk purchase. The only thing is when I received my package, it's about 3 months from the expiration date.

Great portability (small carton + no refrigeration needed!), price, and convenience (delivery sort of brings back the old milkman days) combined with the health benefits and the key fact that our 5 year old daughter loves it makes this a win-win on all fronts.

These single serve aseptic cartons of milk, which need no refrigeration, are just incredibly convenient to have on hand. Many trips to the store have been avoided -- saving a lot of gas and time -- when I only needed a cup or two of milk.

A plus is that the milk is delicious, organic, and comes in lowfat 1%. Instant milk, though handy to use in recipes, never seems to mix up into a pleasantly drinkable beverage.

My idea of coffee is 8 oz. of hot milk to 2 oz. of strong coffee, so I've used these out of my pantry multiple times at 6 a.m. when I really didn't want to go to the store just to get milk for my wake-up coffee.

Perhaps you never run out of milk like I do, but if you do, and find yourself needing just enough for cereal, or a recipe, or for your coffee or tea, these are great to have tucked away and available. A terrific time saver!

Last week I decided to try something new with this milk instead of just drink it from the glass. Well,have you ever tried this stuff over cereal? AWESOME! I can't say enough good things about how it changes the dry, bland, and sometimes boring taste of plain cereal. Without a doubt, the greatest find of '09. I'll be sure to come back if I find any other uses for this product.

Order and delivery are quick. Price is good considering it cost about the same at my neighborhood grocery store and this is delivered to my door step. I always waste milk so having single-serve portions that has a long shelf-life is great for me.

If you are looking for these little boxes of milk, definitely go with Organic Valley over Horizon. They actually adhere to and go a bit beyond organic standards! Your best choice is obviously to support a small local organic dairy whose cows are well cared for and grass fed, but they don't offer these little boxes for occasional needed convenience for that better diet choice when you are out. If you are buying organic, you are a mindful consumer to some varying degree so do yourself a favor and check out the findings on the Cornucopia Institute website (sorry for no link...google and you'll get there) on organic dairy findings, then do everyone a favor and speak your mind at stores and restaurants that carry Horizon products as well as lousy store brands of organic dairy. They are making billions off the organic consumers and you are not getting what you think you are paying for.

I really didn't think there was a BIG difference between the way milk tastes, but after having this one, there really is! It's really good - it doesn't taste like it is lowfat either. It's a little pricey, but I give it 5 stars because it has helped me out when I ran out of milk for my little one, it is easy to take to amusement parks, and it also gives me peace of mind knowing that I will have some milk around in case of an emergency (earthquakes especially, here in Southern Cali!)

The price does fluctuate, so I check it frequently. The best deal was when it was $1.04 for one.

GREAT,WONDERFUL, BEST TASTING MILK I HAVE EVER HAD.....I DON'T OFTEN WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS MILK DESERVES TO BE SPOKEN OF..... TO HAVE SUCH A GOOD TASTING AND HEALTHY DRINK THAT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE REFRIGERATED IS A REAL PLUS. ORGANIC, GOOD TASTING, HEALTHY, DOESN'T NEED REFRIGERATION, WHAT MORE IS NEEDED? AND OH, YES, IT IS PRICED RIGHT AND CAN BE PURCHASED SAFELY THROUGH AMAZON.
