This kit shipped and arrived quickly. The growing kit was easy to use and all of the seeds germinated. My wife is enjoying her first glass of home grown wheatgrass this morning! The juicer is super heavy duty, easy to clean and looks like it's gonna' outlast me. If you are interested in a healthy, cost effective way to suppliment your nutrition, this is a great way to do it.

The Hurricane juicer works very well, extracting 95% + of the available juice. The wheat seed that comes with the kit is high quality and I highly recommend it over store bought varieties of hard white wheat as those supplies have been mangled by harsh production and processing methods.
The quality of the materials is of the topmost standard. I would recommend buying as much seed as practical as it is probably not easy to find elsewhere. Also, purchasing a corresponding supply of additional Azomite would be a good idea as well. I've grown the grass with both types of seed: the supplied organic (which I think is red wheat if I remember right) and some bulk seed purchased from Honeyville which was white wheat. The difference is big. The supplied red wheat seed is very sweet and not as prone to problems with mold. The hard white is more prone to mold and has no where near the sweet taste.
Among its great benefits, its ability to clean the blood and provide an amazing array of nutrients (including magnesium) were the most attractive to me.
For really good information on health, which is sound and very well established (as opposed to MUCH contradiction and misinformation found in Western medicine) is Ayurveda. In fact, if you really dive into the Vedas, you will be astonished at the level of knowledge found in those timeless texts.

I looked all over the internet for a good wheatgrass starter kit and finally decided to go with this one. This kit is really great. It arrived last week and I already have wheat grass that is 3 inches high! I haven't tried the juicer yet but it is very sturdy and looks like it is easy to clean. The instructions that come with this kit are so easy to follow... GREAT BUY!
