The conditioner leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth.

I thought if I used them again, they still might work, but they are just poor products.

As someone with naturally wavy, almost curly hair, I am always on the lookout for products to keep my hair smooth. With my hair being color treated (bleach and low-lights) I also look for products that will keep my hair soft, minimize breakage and not affect my color. This product line exceeded my expectations. Because I am licensed, I normally only buy professional products. I tried this because it is NOT tested on animals and sadly most professional products ARE. I live in the South where it's quite humid...This kept the frizzies under control. I noticed I could run my fingers through my hair after shampooing and before applying the conditioner. Normally, I have to use conditioner to be able to do this. For what it's worth, my fiance noticed that my hair was smoother and said it smelled wonderful...Wanting to know if I had tried the new mango/citrus shampoo and conditioner I had bought. Hours and hours later, he said my hair still smelled really nice. Most products don't linger this long, but I like when they do. I also did not have to apply hair smoothing cream like I normally do...Just a little leave-in conditioner and my hair dried with some really nice waves in it. If you have curly or dry hair, definitely try these products. And, you can't beat the price.

I tried this teatree shampoo at the suggestion of my hair stylist and was impressed. First, this is a great quality tea tree shampoo for the price and comparable to some much more expensive ones I've tried out from Whole Foods.

The shampoo smells like fresh mint, in an earthy, not artificial way. I found that it helped with my irritated scalp (weather is crazy here and does a number on the skin), and kept my hair really clean and left it feeling that way longer than other shampoos I've tried. My hair can get kind of oily and this shampoo was good for preventing that.

The only bad thing about tea tree is it can be a little drying in excess, but I didn't seem to have too much of a problem with this shampoo. Overall, i was impressed with this product and this brand. I've since tried some of their conditioners and liked them just as much, especially for the price!

Shortly after I began using this shampoo and conditioner duo, I wondered why my hair looked so bad. Normally my hair looks great after just wash and go. I've always had healthy, shiny hair with lots of natural body. But shortly after I began using this shampoo, I was embarrassed at how it made my hair look. It was so bad it affected my self-esteem at work. My hair felt like dirty straw and looked unkempt. So I tossed it in the cabinet and grabbed my emergency bottle of cheap shampoo, and WA LA, my hair was back to it's beautiful healthy self again in no time at all. It's a shame because this stuff smells wonderful, but it just ruins my hair, so, as for me, I'll never buy it again.

After using it for just over a month, I had to come back and edit this review down: it's been a disappointment. Mostly it's about the "hydrating" part of the promise: while it's not quite as horribly drying as some other alternatives, it doesn't really hydrate anything, it is mildly drying. I will not continue using this product. Btw, I was unable to find any information concerning the actual tea-tree content in this product, not online, not on the maker's site. It does matter, 'cause despite the name, this shampoo doesn't have the tea-tree-oil effect (it doesn't even smell of tea-tree extract; it smells of coconut or something). Yet if I remember it right, there has to be at least 5% of tea-tree extract in a shampoo for it to be effective. Based on the fact that this shampoo is hydrationally ineffective, and that there's no specific information about its contents, I question the maker's claim that it's a tea-tree-extract product. Well, maybe a drop per barrel, but this cannot be effective (and it isn't).

While we're here: the Organix conditioner that goes along with this shampoo is pretty useless too: it does decrease the drying effect, but as far as conditioning anything, I can't say what it is: the hair is completely unmanageable after "conditioning", totally shapeless.

Bottom line: this product is garbage (it stands to reason that there's neither money-back guarantee coming with it, nor does it come in trial sizes).

I love love this shampoo/ conditioner set. Note: I've never used the hydrating treatment. My hair is medium length and fine.

These products smell absolutely delish, in a minty- chocolate way that actually stays in your hair (My bf even noticed the difference).

Now I know that its winter, and that might be contributing to the one problem I'm having. The "hydrating" claim didn't really come through for me. I've noticed a ton more flyaways and static in my hair over the past week. It smells and looks great, but I actually feel like a should rub a dryer sheet on my head. Sometimes my hair clings to my face and its never done that before. Overall four stars.

I think I'm going to try the hydrating treatment to try to fix this, cause I love the smell too much to give up easily.

I consider myself to be shampoo agnostic and will even use the stuff in the dispenser at the gym, but this stuff left my long, highlighted hair feeling like tangled straw.

I shouldn't need a heavy, intensive conditioner after a shampoo unless it's a clarifier, and this isn't.

The only thing to recommend it is the scent. It does smell like a sweet, freshly cracked coconut.
