This book comes highly recommended by teachers at my school. I go to Western International Univerisity in Chandler, Arizona. This book will give you some of the most up-to-date material avaliable. The 13th edition gives more current case studies, but it's hard to keep up with an everchanging business world. Especially after 9-11 and our economic crisis at hand. You can rely on this book to give you more than enough examples of theories about how perceptions are formed and identifies the differences between all kinds of people. Not just race, age, or beliefs, but an extensive explanation of personalities, and character traits that make each of us unique. This book really delivers these concepts in a way that is understandable for college students.

Recently I took a course about Organizational Behavior & this was the course textbook. It's a reasonable choice for an introductory course. I found it easy to read & informative. However, the accompanying SAL CD-ROM was disappointing - I didn't think it was worth the effort.

Bottom line - I would recommend it.

The item served its purpose. The book had marks all over it. In my opinion it should not have been put on sale

There is a lot of writing in the book. These notes make it hard to concentrate on the content in the book. The exterior of the book is in good condition but I am not excited about the notes written on the pages. I probably wouldnt purchase another item from this dealer.

This book is a good intro to organizational behavior. It doesn't cover any topic in depth (and some parts feel intuitive), but gets the job done for class. 12th edition is a bit behind the times; I've never used the CD-rom included.

I'm glad I was able to find this book for one of my courses at WGU.

The book is fine for it's intended purpose; however I wouldn't read it for fun!!

Bought this book a while back for a college course I was taking. I got a great deal on Amazon.com.

The book was not all that great. The Author really didn't capute his readers. Only brought it because I need it for Class.
