This wasn't a bad text by any means. This fit right in with class, and has really good sections on "Case Studies." This was a text that I didn't find "boring" like so many out there.

I'm using this book for a graduate course of Individual and Group Behavior. The book is big (which reminds me of a elementary text book) but the content is worth the space. Each chapter incorporates current, real world examples, useful diagrams, a section of "Point/Counterpoint" discussing the chapter topics, and concludes with "Questions for Review", "Questions for Critical Thinking", "Team Exercise", "Ethical Dilemma" and "Case Incidents" If you get a copy with the CD, you can use it to take self-assessments online using the book. I find this book extremely helpful in my course and it will be on my desk at work when I'm done.

Excellent reference for those who are corporately inclined to pursue in an upper management capacity. Broadens the scope of what true management is! Any BA degree student should own this!

Book arrived fast and was exactly as described. I am quite pleased with this purchase, as it is just the book I was looking for to review with my Business Mentor! I have heard it is a very necessary read!

The book was used, but it came quickly and enabled me to take two classes pretty much at once (as it is a book used twice). You couldn't beat the price either.

I would like to say that I am very sorry about my last review and that the book was sitting on my desk at work and I did not even know it! I am very happy with this company :)

This book will help in future references also Also was used for class. Didn't have to print e-book.

Not much more to say, this was transaction was absolutely hassle-free. And the package had a nice smiley face drawn on it too.

The book is very good. The author very coherent and concise in presenting the material.

The independent vendor that shipped the book is not reliable.

The independent vendor advertised the book with the companion CD, as never used, to be included in the book as new.

When the book arrived after almost 30 days from the day of order, the companion CD was not in the book or the box the book was shipped in.
