I found it to be well organized, beginning with the individual, then bringing in the group process, and ending with the total organization aspect. Points are brought forth in a dynamic manner.

I find the textbook "Organizational Behavior (13th Edition) to be a very good read.

The colorful tables and figures are not only informative, but they are pleasant to look at.

All of the chapters contain insight features. Also, the various Competencies: (Ethics, Self, Diversity, Across Cultures, Communication, Teams, and Change) gives each chapter structure, which makes it easier to follow. I find the key terms and discussion questions helpful for studying and preparing for tests.

The case studies and photos are very informative and even intriguing.

This book was in GREAT Condition and arrived in a prompt manner. I would definitely do business with this seller again.

Used this book for my Org behavior class this past Spring. Was very easy reading with lots of visual charts, and pictures to aid in learning.

I ordered this book within a week of the start of my class. I contacted the seller to see if they could get it out as quickly as possible and they did. I read a few other reviews and I couldn't agree with them more. It arrived shortly after and I had the book in just enough time to read the first couple chapters before my first class! Not only did it arrive very quickly, but it arrived in impecible condition - no marks or highlights as described and with the cd.

Overall the book contains good information. However... at times the definitions are ridiculously and unnessisarily long-winded... most of the content is common sense-- wait...so you are telling me I should be ethical?... wait...people of different cultures are...different? Wha?! no way!!

Maybe I'm a tad cynical but give me a break... I give the book two stars for the little bit of useful content.

It's not worth the money to buy the 11th edition however if you need the book for class and the professor tests extensively on book content rather than general ideas... you'll probably need the 11th

I bought this and many other books on-line, this is the best way to go. The books are much cheaper than the campus bookstores. Most of the books says used but they look and are in great condition. I even got my daughter who is away at college purchasing books on-line from Amazon.com. You must check it out for yourself..
