1.0 out of 5 stars Full Of Them Selves, November 27, 2008
This review is from: Organizational Behavior (Hardcover)
Of course the concept are always interesting but these guys thing that using big words and using them poorly makes them seem smarter

"effective leaders will, over time, demonstrate effectiveness by being effective" And much, much more fascinating writing.

I would highly recommend finding another book

5.0 out of 5 stars Used the text in Grad School, January 27, 2012
This review is from: Organizational Behavior (Hardcover)
This book served as a supplemental text for my Organizational Behavior class in graduate school. It paralled the assigned text (Steven McShane and Mary Von Glinow) but the advantage of this text was that it added a different interpretation of the same topics; of course that broaded my understanding of the topic. I found that in Grad School often times a second text will clarify new topics that can be difficult to synthesize with just one text.
Highly Recommended.
By the way, my Master's Diploma from Northern Arizona University states "With Distinction"

NOTE: Many of the negative reviews might be unreliable and from individuals who have difficulty with concepts new to them.
