Format: Hardcover
Good for its scope of coverage in organizational behavior. I used the book on a course for Organizatinoal Psychology. It can be used for a business course or psychology. While there is so much theory, that perhaps the average manager might not use, there is a lot of food for thought here in helping any leader of a major organization, or mid-size organization, in being competitive in this competitive society, and managing effectively his or her department or company, as a strong individual leader, or wherever you might fit into the big wheel.

I was somewhat inspired by the information and examples in this book. I sold some of my college textbooks, but kept this one along with some others. Well-written and through.

It outlines what I need to know and it does not require me to buy a more expensive later edition.

This is a text book for school and I haven't actually read it yet. From what I have seen this book was in "brand new" condition and was an excellent value.
