I ordered a book that had a description of a like new text book yet when I got the book and opened it I noticed the first three chapters are completely off the binding of the book. I asked the company for a replacement, the only issue is that I needed the book for a class that I am enrolled in so I could not send the book back to the company to get a new one. I paid about $19 dollars for a book that is falling apart everytime I open it. I was not very happy with the purchase.
