I ordered the Neu Home 17035 Shoe Rack January 29th 2010. It arrived with no instructions and no parts to assemble. I called the company they had me call another person to get the parts. I waited and no parts. I called back and the order was lost or it was backordered. I called again and again to follow up on the parts. I finally recieved the patrs March 10th 2010. In my opinion this is poor customer service. It has been a bad experience and I will not order anything else from this company. They did not meet my expectation. Buyer Beware.

I was a little skeptical when buying this, especially regarding the wooden frame. But the wood looks strong and the item is quite sturdy. The wire shelves helps make sure that the dust off the shoes falls off and can be broomed away. The frame is easy to lift using the handles on either side. And finally, it looks great on my hardwood floor.

I bought this for my shoes after my wife took over the entire shoe rack in our closet. It's attractive and has held up well over the months I've owned it. The down side is that it's a bit too narrow for men's shoes. I have three pairs per shelf, but one pair has to be angled to hang off the side, else it won't fit. The shoes are a mix of dress and casual/sneaker-type shoes; no boots. If it was about 2 inches wider, it would be perfect.

I like the rack, it is easy to use and to put together, and a great price.

This shoe shelf is just what I was hoping for. Very fast assembly and it doesn't look cheap like a lot of the shoe organizers you can buy at local stores. I have hickory hardwood floors and the shoe shelves look excellent due to the nice natural wood finish. High recommended.

The rack was shipped instantly and arrived the next day. Assembly was extremely simple. It adds a great look to any room and cleared up some clutter. The only thing that held me back from 5 stars was the fact that fitting 3 size 11 shoes on one row is very tight so I would not recommend this to anyone with a larger shoe size than that. For anyone 11 or under, definitely go for it.
