About the Author: I have always been a very organized person. At the early age of 18, I purchased and managed my first rental property. I was also a stay at home mom raising three children and helping out with many non-profit organizations. I currently work as a Town Clerk/Tax Collector helping to manage a small town in upstate NY. Back in 1997 I wrote and published "Organize Your Finances, Your Kids, Your Life!" which was available as an e-book on the internet for many years. I am now working to keep that book updated and available on this website for everyone to read and in doing so, am hoping that it will benefit everyone who reads it in some way.
