Not porn... more philosophy,

Much more philosophy and becoming of age than sex. God being a lonely boy who imagines a world to love is a beautiful image. Watch this and find your own 3rd dimension.

Sometimes too clever, and what up with the end?,

This movie was really entertaining, although I think it called for some (non-gratuitous) nudity. Also, I think the dialogue was often too clever or intellectual for most audiences, which is a blessing and a curse. Finally, something happens at the end that had our whole party going, "Um, did that actually happen? No, tell me that didn't happen." Otherwise, it was a fun watch... but don't view it with your parents, because you might be uncomfortable.

Quirky and original,

I was pleasantly smiling to myself with the stick figures that break into story. I think the title is somewhat misleading and overshadows the issues being raised in the story.

Another pioneering story from Brad Gottfred... loved the originality and honesty of the film's theme as well as the execution. Highly recommended.

Challenge yourself,

How many times do you watch a movie and it is simple, 1 dimensional, and plain? Too many movies these days don't offer conversation... Orgies makes you challenge yourself and ask yourself questions. The director is brilliant and sees so many things that the average mind cannot grasp until challenged.

A quirky affair!,

This is the second offering from the maker of THE MOVIE HERO. The acting is quite good; the effects low budget.
The dog, the lesbian, the stick figure world, Peter Stormare... fascinating stuff. A lot of pieces are left to the viewer to put together... no ready-made answers. A unique piece... to be sure.

This is a must see! The acting was brilliant. The lead actor really touched me. I think this movie helps us all explore the meaning of life. The Stick Figure sequences were a brilliant touch. And if you are in the mood to watch some sex scenes this movie has got that too. Watch Orgies and The Meaning Of Life. You won't be disappointed!

the scene with the animated stick figures having sex was hilarious
sometimes it felt like the filmmaker was in my own crazy head.

Indie at it's best,

Not sure why this is coming up in an erotica category. It's sensual, sure. But it's a coming of age film, in my opinion, and definitely worth a watch. I think everyone will get something different out of it -- in a good way.
