I used Peanut oil in the first one.....stuck like Stainless steel, bought another one used Pam this time, same thing, bought another one used "Best Choice Vegie oil with the same outcome, I am begining to think this is just another scam, I also found these pans much cheaper at the Local "Fred's" store. I haven't givin up yet, I will Boil them in Dish soap and try again, they say that will bring them back to Factory finish. I'll let you know. Next day, I boiled 3 pans in soapy dish water for 30 min, reseasoned them with Veg oil as drected, still stick....I just don't know what to say now, I have Cast Iron pans that do much better at not sticking, save time and money invest in Cast Iron it will be here long after we are gone.

Don't waste your money on this item. We seasoned ours according to directions, and after 2 weeks EVERYTHING stuck! What a waste of our money. Buy a good T-FAL skillet. We have used our T-FAL at least once a day for over 2 years now. Still---NOTHING sticks! T-FAL proved to be the BEST buy!

My parents got on to these about a year before I did and got me one as a gift. I loved it and ended up buying this one as well as the griddle pan.

While I tried stainless steel and absolutely hated it, I use this like a regular nonstick pan-- I still use a little bit of something in the bottom as a lubricant-- a spray, butter, or something. I never have sticking issues that way and never needed or wanted the pan to be used 'dry' and expect things not to stick. I also NEVER seasoned any of mine, run them through the dishwasher and have no issues at all. I love the pans, and the one caveat is that you have to go SUPER LOW on temp compared to regular pans. I cook with gas and use about 1/2 the normal flame with these as I would with a regular nonstick pan.

I use this pan to make over easy eggs and pancakes and it has absolutely fantastic results. The results are fantastic for two reasons:

1. The pan is more non-stick than traditional non-stick pans. A drop of butter or spray really makes things slicker than 'ice' in the pan. Stuff slides and flips easily.

2. The pan is manufactured like a new car-- the metal is svelte, and the pan isn't heavy. This allows you to control the heat with expert attention-- up, down, and allows you to cook with very low temp. This allows you to make masterful eggs with no browning. A first achievement in my life.

A bonus tip: If you want to make masterful eggs and pancakes, also buy a pancake spatula/flipper. It's wide, flexible and super thin. Works fantastically for eggs as well and helps make the most of this pan.

My guess for the folks that really had issues with these is discovery about the heat-- cook at about 1/2 the normal flame/temp and this pan is wonderful. I've replaced 3 of my heavy expensive pans with these and haven't looked back.

Have never seen this size advertised on TV where other sizes were being sold, and which we have purchased two other sizes. Very good for eggs and small things

Be sure to season and put them in the oven as recommended by manufacturer. These pans are lightweight, do what they claim to do easily maintained and help you to cook healthier using less oil etc. The only drawback is they are not induction cooking compatible. I keep these pans at the house for cooking with gas and had to purchase Ja Henckles Zwillings "Spirit" pans for use with the induction cooktop I recently purchased.

I have amassed a colections of frying pans over the years, but I have found that these Orgreenic Pans are the easiest to clean. They cook whatever you make in them with little or no effort. But YOU MUST season the pans every so often, otherwise stuff will STICK.

We follow the instructions by the letter and its still Styx when you make Scrambled eggs expecially A little oil in the pan on other stuff works better but still Where's and does not Work like on tv whatsoever maybe the first time using it might but after that its just the same as the old pan so don't fall for the big hype as millions of customers like me have

This pan is easy to use, light weight, no oil necessary. Overall I think this is a good purchase. I gave it 4 stars because food doesn't slip off quite as easy as I thought it might.
