Quick and easy tool,
By Watch Fan "Jack" (New York, NY USA) - See all my reviews Only need to pay attention to the direction of the pin. The pins in bands have a specific direction. Most bands have an arrow pointing the direction the pin moves, thus you should be pushing downward when the arrow is pointing down (away from band). If pushing in the wrong direction, then pin will never move and break the tool. Anybody with common sense can see that. Suspect previous reviewer was pushing in wrong direction.
