OK, so these don't look like much, but they do a great job. I tap on my neck with it while I am working, and I can honestly feel the muscles in my neck responding and loosening up. As an added bonus, you can scratch your back with it too. There really is not a good reason not to buy these. It's a great fill in when you are in between visits to the chiropractor of between does of pain pills. I keep mine right on my desk and use them all the time. They make no noise at all, don't require any cleaning or maintenance either.
