This is the second calender of this type I have bought...Love them. Precise instructions easy to follow. I have highly recommended this product to anyone who wants to learn origami.

For somebody who prefers a challenge, and intricate, authentic origami, this calendar is a bit of a let down. But I can definitely see this being enjoyed by a young person who is interested in crafts or wishes to improve their origami skill.
A few of the projects are really cool, but a few are very boring, the vast majority fall in the middle where they are rarely very challenging, and generally a bit corny.

I must be in a second or third childhood! lol
As I enjoyed Origami as a child, and as a senior I still enjoy the passing of time, relaxing with a bit of fun. I wish to never grow old in my mind.

Each day, I create my new Oragami thingie. I have a bunch sitting on my desk at the moment. I don't think I have enough room for the entire years' worth of them, but I sure do enjoy coming into work each day and folding my new oragami item.
After I complete this year's calendar, I look forward to trying some Oragami that is much more complicated - which are the ones I enjoy doing the most. I highly recommend this to ANYONE who has a "one-a-day" calendar on their desk. GREAT for the "office" person who sits on phone calls all day (not a customer service - quota based person).

This is a really good Calender. It provides a variety of Origami as well as a bit of history behind Origami. It's a well worth having calendar for those who love Origami.

I bought this for my son who likes to origami, and this page-a-day calendar is a terrific idea. The downside is that once you folded a page, you can't do it again, so if you have some favorite pages, you are out of luck.
