Awfully misleading,

I am completely baffled about why this paper is titled as "fluorescent". To whomever came up with this ad - fluorescent means it glows on dark! I at least hoped for some unusual sort of paper cover, at least in terms of colors, instead I get absolutely standard solid color paper sheets. They're ok on their own, as any Tuttle package, however why is this dubbed fluorescent? Had I known it was a right out lie, I would have bought some other, more interesting paper, perhaps double-sided or something....
