these are actualy wellgo pedals, the word wellgo is stamped into the rear cleats. very nice powder coated finish. i ordered these pedals not knowing track pedals are not as wide as regular or standard pedals, my mistake so i still give five stars. the cleats are seperate front and rear, not a one piece wrap around style. the front cleats are 3 inches wide, the rear cleats are 3 1/8 inches wide. i wear 8.5-9 size shoes and boots, the pedals are a bit narrow for me, however these are stated as track pedal, i have them on my Schwinn Avenue, more a commuter style bike. again my mistake not knowing the pedals are narrow. im thinking about making wider wrap around cleats from aluminum flat bar, the cleats are attatched with countersunk hex screws so they are easy to remove. the pedals are stated as loose ball, they spin very smooth, however i would prefer sealed bearings, especialy for the price. maybe the powder coated finish raises the price, idk, i do like these pedals. i have Zefal mt. christophe straps on my pedals, they went on easily and do increase pedal effiency. takes 15mm wrench to put the pedals on and take them off and keep in mind the right pedal is righty tighty, clockwise rotation to screw in, the left pedal is lefty tighty to screw in, counter clockwise to screw in, dont strip your threads. when removing the right pedal go counter clockwise, to remove the left pedal go clockwise.

These pedels have been great. perfect size. and i was able to put a simple cage on them no problem.

Love them! Perfect fit on my Origin-8 bike. Shiny black, solid and attached without a hitch to my bike. Great investment!

For the price, it is very nice set of pedals. And the delivery time was awesome. I thought it would take a long time to receive them because it was free but I was surprised on how fast I got them. Would definitely recommend these pedals to anyone, great value.

These are perfect for the narrow, non-locking shoe I wear riding. If your shoe is broad across the balls and toes, I would definitely consider another pedal. As well, one pedal does not spin freely when spun with a finger.

I had these pedals installed on my fixed gear bike along with all-city nylon toe clips and soma straps. Super comfy setup.

these pedals are nigh-indestructible, not too heavy and actually pretty darn stiff. They also don't get loose and funky like cheap pedals. They have a very flat, wide section on top, which doesn't fatigue the feet. I have ridden many many miles at a time on these and haven't had ANY foot pain. NONE. Real easy to kick into the pedal too, with the little nubbin on the bottom of the pedal. These are incredible pedals for the price and are well-worth the extra cost. I recommend them to all my friends. Origin-8 just gets it right.

TIP: pedals seem to get beat up more than any other bike component. Regular silver or black pedals will probably show the least wear. However the paint job on these are very good, and don't look too bad even after almost a year of abuse.

Works great. One thing I don't like is the logo that's on it. Everything else is awesome. Just don't forget to buy a pedal wrench!
