Factual, a very good read
I find all of Churchward's writings to be based on actual facts and for anyone who really wants to know the truth about the origin of religion--this is a good book to read although it is not for the beginner.

Useful book but not up-to-date
Honestly I am rather disappointed with this book. Though the title sounds great, "The Origin and Evolution of Religion", the treatment of the subject matter is limited and has not taken into consideration many of the new developments in the field. Honestly I am rather disappointed with this book.
