I never heard of a Spike Mat and I purchased it from a local newspaper report. It is perfect for my multiple trigger points, muscle spasms in thoracic area of back. Most places are hard to reach and the Spike Mat is PERFECT! to relieve some of the built up pressure without a pharma patch. I am so against chemicals in the body. What the Spike Mat offers is a good pain, remember when you would bite on your gums when your teeth were coming in? It's like that,once you lay down on spikes, then you can adjust pressure on areas that need more spiking. Actually, I tore it out of box when it arrived and used a tshirt then bare skin to relieve my back muscle problems. I love it and use it daily.

I love this mat! The bag with it is great for traveling. This has really help with my sleep and overall relaxation.

I am pleased with the mat. When it first arrived and I tried to use it I had to use a towel due to the spikes hurting, but I have adjusted and I am able to take a nap on the mat. I have problems with my back and suffer from fibromyalgia, but when I sleep on the mat my back does not bother me and some of my fibromyalgia pain is relieved.

Ok its really wierd to lie on the spikes and it hurts. I have to wear a thin shirt as shirtless is just too painful. It does improve sleep and relaxation though.

Im so glad I bought this- it's just as good as the original! And for a better price. The bag it came in is cute and stylish, verrrry good quality spikes too! very happy with this purchase.

The spike mat delivers all it claims and more. I feel relaxed and rejuvinated on it. It is amazing!
