This unique short novel shows us a conceptual world invisible in the West--the invisible jinn, who give us insights into how another culture sees we crass and immature humans. Are the jinn ghosts? No, they have a parallel society and didn't die to get there. Aliens? No, another way of representing the physical world. So ghosts & aliens are category errors. This is cultural communication well done. I'd suggest the authors explore what alien jinn would be like, and how humans and Earthly jinn would encounter them -- combining fantasy & sf. Let's see more of this!

I found the narrative somewhat shallow, in terms of trying to adjust it to western public and also the resolution of certain situations.

But I liked the subject matter very much. The approach to Jinn world was very new to me, intriguing and interesting. I could easily see this book turned into a movie. I hope it happens.

I wish good luck to the authors, and hope that they keep up the good work.

i saw this novel several times in the book , never caught my attention till it was banned in my country , then , as you know curiosity made me want to read it , and a friend provided me with a copy , it a soft sweet , impossible romance , that make you dream of the impossible , highly recommended , loved it , nothing in it to cause concern even if read by teenagers .
thank you ibrahim , and keep up the good work .

This very short book captivates the reader and envelopes them into the world of the djinn. Written from the perspective of "Hawjan" (a djinn) it's a short, fun read about romance, longings, and respect between two different worlds. Looking forward to more from this author! (Though hope he is able to continue, what with arrest reports and book banning in Saudi Arabia!)

I loved this novel too much. It's my first time that I read a novel starring by a jinn! The author created a reality-fantazia that you must read.
The most wonderful thing is the role of Hwjn the jinni when he moves alternatively between the hidden world and the real world.
The best part is the race using Ziyad's Lamborghini.
