The Original Backnobber II tool is a deep muscle, massage device that provides a way for people to manage simple muscular pain and tension both on their own and in conjunction with professional treatment and therapy. I bought this product several years ago when I walked into a Relax the Back store in Boston, MA. I've been using it since and I have sold probably half a dozen by recommending it to friends. Here are some fine points about the Backnobber 2.
It's very easy to use and the "s" shape of the design allows you to put pressure on the right spot to work on. The booklet that comes with it shows you several variations on use. I've found that by using it while lying down you can use the bed/floor as a fulcrum and your bodies own weight to apply correct amount of pressure. I've use this while sitting or standing. The product also comes apart easily into two pieces that fit nicely into a backpack. I take it between the office and home. One trick I've discovered is to shake it while you are applying pressure or rotate it so that the point of pressure moves, this is great when working with spots near your shoulder blades for the back the shaking and fulcrum work really well. The product is made of some sort of high impact plastic it is very hard and rugged and has lasted traveling in luggage and such for several years now. I highly recommend this product for everyone and would make a perfect gift as well. Try it and you'll agree that it is the best $30 you've spent in a long time!

I don't know what I would do without my Backnobber, it allows me to work the painful trigger points I get in back and neck. After just a few minutes, I feel like a new person. I take my backnobber with me when I have long trips in the car. It simply love it!

I've been wanting something that could accomplish this for some time. The two different sized "S" curves allow you to reach and apply pressure/massage all those sore spots in your back.
